Board Meeting - April 11, 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Alfred Village Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing on local law 2023-3 Clerk-Treasurer Residency for Tuesday April 11, 2023 at 7:00 pm. This is to amend Local Law #2009-5 to expand residency for the Clerk-Treasurer and the Deputy Clerk-Treasurer to include “resident of Allegany County or of an adjoining county within the State of New York.” Copies of the proposed change in the law may be obtained from the Village Clerk’s office.
