Junkyard - Any lot, land, structure, or part thereof used primarily for the collection, storage, or sale of waste paper, rags, scrap metal, or other scrap or discard material or for the collecting, dismantling, storage, or salvaging of machinery or vehicles not in running condition or for the sale of parts thereof.
